Guangdong Tonintl Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2022. It is a payment-system implementation firm in South China, working with banks and non-bank payment institutions. The Hong Kong entity is Tonintl International Development Limited. Both operate under the Tonintl brand. The work covers payment and settlement, account systems, scenario products, smart-terminal applications and specialised acquiring maintenance.

The founding team comes from Nantian Information, the China Construction Bank Software Development Centre and the HSBC Software Development Centre, with long experience in bank and non-bank payment systems. Mid- and senior engineers have six or more years in the field. The team includes PMP, System Architect and OCP holders.

Tonintl holds seven software copyrights in payments, covering card acquiring, prepaid-card issuing and acceptance, aggregated payments and smart-POS applications. Systems are delivered white-label: licence and brand remain with the institution; Tonintl builds and operates. Clearing stays with the licence holder.

Clients and projects are in Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan and Canada, including work for bank provincial branches, licensed institutions in Hong Kong and Macau, and overseas PayFacs.
